What to expect
A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you within 24 hours of your application submission. Upon approval by the HANYS Sponsorship Committee, we will contact you to finalize the details of your sponsorship selection. A letter of agreement outlining your benefits, deadlines and other details will follow.
Applications must be submitted at least 30 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the sponsored event. Depending on when your application is submitted and approved, some benefits may no longer be available.
