Sponsorship application for HANYS’ Annual Membership Conference

Take advantage of this limited opportunity to promote your organization during our welcome reception, check-in and breakfast on the first day of the conference. Sponsorship includes one six-foot clothed table, special recognition on the event website and conference app and signage at the reception. *Discount rate of $1,500 offered to HANYS Marketplace partners.
Pre-session video message | $2,000 | Limited to two opportunities

Grab attendees’ attention with a video message. Sponsor may submit one 30-second video to be introduced by HANYS staff and played before a general session on one of the conference days (session to be chosen by HANYS). Video must be finalized and approved by HANYS one month before the sponsored event.
Welcome cocktail reception bar | $2,500 | Exclusive, one opportunity

Welcome attendees to the conference by sponsoring our welcome reception bar. This exclusive opportunity includes sponsor-branded cocktail napkins, special recognition in the conference app with a push notification to all attendees, signage throughout the reception and a signature drink named after the sponsor.

App banner ad | $500 | Limited to 10 opportunities

Stand out with a scrolling banner ad in the conference app which all attendees must access to check-in, ask questions throughout the event and access session material. Ad is to be designed by the sponsor (HANYS approval required) and will hyperlink to the sponsor’s website or URL of choice.
Event wi-fi | $2,000 | Exclusive, one opportunity

Have all attendees typing your name as they connect to the conference venue wi-fi. Sponsor receives highlighted recognition on the event website and in the conference app. Sponsor can select the wi-fi password and will be highlighted on wi-fi access signage and verbally recognized.
Day one lunch | $2,000 | One opportunity per event

Keep attendees energized for the afternoon by sponsoring lunch. Sponsor will receive special recognition on the event website, in the conference app, an app push notification acknowledgment and on a slide during the meal. Verbal recognition and signage will also be provided onsite.
Conference gift bag | $1,000 | Exclusive, one opportunity

Receive special recognition on our reusable 100th anniversary gift bag provided to all attendees at check-in. HANYS will design the bag with the sponsor logo. Sponsor may provide one item or page of collateral for inclusion in the bag.

HANYS’ 100th anniversary dinner | $4,000 | Three opportunities

Be front and center as HANYS celebrates its 100th anniversary with a special dinner for conference attendees and invited guests. Sponsors will receive special recognition on the event website and app, verbal recognition at the dinner, company logo on all dinner event promotion and signage, a shout-out in an app push notification and one reserved table at the dinner.
100th anniversary dinner transportation | $2,000 | Exclusive, one opportunity

Provide a comfortable and safe ride to the Hall of Springs for attendees to enjoy the 100th anniversary dinner. Sponsor is encouraged to meet and greet attendees as they board the bus or chat with them along the way. This exclusive sponsorship includes special recognition on the event website and in the conference app, a dedicated app push notification and acknowledgment on signage.
Golf outing box lunches | $750 | Exclusive, one opportunity

Fuel up participants at the HANYS golf outing with this exclusive sponsorship. Includes special recognition on the event website and conference app, sticker on each box (designed by HANYS) and opportunity to share a giveaway with golfers in each box (provided by sponsor, HANYS approval required).
Golf foursome | $500

Invite HANYS members to join you the day before the conference for a round of golf at Saratoga Spa Golf Course. Foursome sponsorship includes 18 holes of championship golf, golf cart with GPS and use of practice facility. Need help finding members to join you? HANYS can assist you in completing your foursome.
Longest drive contest | $300 | Exclusive, one opportunity

Golfers compete to see who can drive the ball the farthest. Sponsor will acknowledge the lucky player who earns bragging rights for the longest drive. Sponsor receives special recognition on the event website and conference app, signage at the assigned hole and the opportunity to present the winner with their prize. (Prize will be supplied by HANYS).
Closest to the pin contest | $300 | Three opportunities

Golfers will have three chances to show their accuracy by hitting closest to the pin. Sponsor receives special recognition on the event website and conference app, signage at sponsored hole and the opportunity to present the winner with their prize. (Prize will be supplied by HANYS).

Please provide a brief description of the products and/or services your organization provides. Your company description will be published in the mobile event app, where applicable. HANYS reserves the right to edit copy submitted.

What to expect

A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you within 24 hours of your application submission. Upon approval by the HANYS Sponsorship Committee, we will contact you to finalize the details of your sponsorship selection. A letter of agreement outlining your benefits, deadlines and other details will follow.

Applications must be submitted at least 30 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the sponsored event. Depending on when your application is submitted and approved, some benefits may no longer be available.
