WCB to require electronic submissions

Starting next year, the Worker’s Compensation Board will require providers to contract with an electronic submission partner to submit the CMS-1500 universal medical billing form on their behalf. Electronic submission of the CMS-1500 will become mandatory Aug. 1. Training for providers and payers will be available in the coming months.
