HANYS’ letter to NY congressional delegation outlines top 2024 priorities

In addition to funding federal agencies, Congress must address expiring health provisions before the end of the year, including HANYS-supported priorities such as addressing cuts to the Medicaid DSH program, extending telehealth and other pandemic era flexibilities and stopping site-neutral payment reductions. Our letter speaks to the fiscal crisis currently playing out in the healthcare system and is a call to action for the New York congressional delegation to ensure our top priorities are addressed in this time of transition in Washington.
