Revised REH guidance and FAQs

CMS revised guidance and updated FAQs regarding the rural emergency hospital enrollment and conversion process for eligible hospitals. REHs are a new provider type established by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 that provide emergency and outpatient medical health services to patients that generally stay less than 24 hours. The final interpretive guidance for REHs is pending and will be provided in a future release.
