HANYS testifies at joint legislative hearing of the Senate Finance and Assembly Ways and Means committees

State legislative activity
This week the following bills passed both houses:
- Utilization review step therapy protocols chapter amendment – (A.443/S.2676)
- Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations chapter amendment – (A.1475/S.2675)
- Maternal health care and birthing standards workgroup chapter amendment – (A.914/S.813)
Please use our Significant State Legislation tool to browse all bills of interest that passed both houses, were signed into law or were vetoed during the 2025 session. Chapter amendments will not appear in the tool.
