• Physical copies of patient information – Chapter 347 of the Laws of 2024
• Breast cancer screening coverage – Chapter 424 of the Laws of 2024

This week HANYS submitted comments to OMH on reproposed regulations to standardize admission and discharge criteria for comprehensive psychiatric emergency programs and inpatient psychiatric units.
