Recently, HANYS submitted comments to CMS and HHS on information blocking and HHS, DOL and the Treasury on the independent dispute resolution process under the No Surprises Act.

HHS’ Office of Climate Change and Health Equity will launch its catalytic program this month to help healthcare providers, especially safety-net providers, understand how to access tax credits, grants and other supports created by the Inflation Reduction Act for energy and infrastructure projects.
