CMS extends No Surprises Act dispute resolution deadlines
Following the re-opening of the independent dispute resolution portal on Dec. 15, CMS extended to March 14, 2024, any IDR deadlines that fell in the suspension timeframe of Aug. 3 through Dec. 14, 2023, or currently have an initiation deadline between Dec. 15, 2023, and March 13, 2024.
