This week HANYS submitted comments to CMS in response to its proposed Outpatient Prospective Payment System rule; payment policies under the Physician Fee Schedule and other changes to Part B payment and coverage policies; and short-term, limited-duration plan proposed rule. HANYS appreciates the member feedback that informed these comments.
