HANYS, members urge Congress to support NY hospitals and health systems
Several members joined HANYS in D.C. for AHA’s Advocacy Day to advocate for our top priorities — urging action to avert Medicaid DSH cuts, boost CMS payment rates and push back against harmful 340B and site-neutral payment policies.
State legislative session draws to a close
While the final scheduled day of session was Thursday, the Legislature is expected to continue its work through the end of the week. An update on bills of interest that have passed both houses during the 2023 legislative session will be available on our website early next week. HANYS members will also receive an end-of-session chart with a comprehensive summary of bills, including the status of legislation that did not pass both houses.
