New reports recommend continued collaboration to improve patient care, outcomes
As part of the Statewide Hospital-Home Care Collaborative for COVID-19 and Beyond, funded by the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation, the Home Care Association of New York State, HANYS and Iroquois Healthcare Association released four new reports this week. The reports detail best practices to meet the growing demand for mental health services, public vaccination efforts, partnering with the agency services network and establishing new models of hospital-home care innovation.
Spotlight on White Plains Hospital
Their Youth Summit brought together students, parents, physicians and community leaders for a day of healthcare activities to promote racial, ethnic and gender diversity among healthcare professionals. The summit featured a respiratory intubation simulation, CPR instruction and networking opportunities with a diverse group of healthcare professionals. Learn more in our Member Spotlight.
