Building on partnerships strengthened through COVID-19 vaccine work, the regional health equity task force facilitated by MVHS is now focusing on heart disease prevention. Partnering with diverse community navigators, they’re conducting heart disease education and screenings where community members live, learn, work, play, worship and age.
