This week, the following chapter amendments passed both houses of the Legislature and are now awaiting delivery to Gov. Hochul:
- Comprehensive Insurance Disclosure Act amendment (A.8852-A/S.7882-A)
- Health equity impact assessment / CON application (A.8834/S.7885)
- Medicaid coverage for mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists (A.8702/S.7761)
- Opioid settlement fund (A.8757/S.7870)
