HANYS is co-sponsoring this program with The New York Association Homes & Services for the Aging (NYAHSA), and the New York State Health Facilities Association (NYSHFA), which will be conducted by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH). Any organization responsible for nursing home or home care employee fingerprinting is welcome at these programs.

This program is intended for:

• Administrators
• CHRC Authorized Persons (APs)
• Directors of Nursing
• Program Directors
• Quality Assurance personnel
• Human Resource professionals responsible for CHRC policies and procedures related to new employees at nursing homes and home care agencies.

• An understanding of CHRC program requirements
• Discuss the statewide conversion to LiveScan and electronic payments

Registration Deadline is 05/13/09. Substitutions are always encouraged even at the last minute.
