Healthcare facilities across the country use careLearning - a web-based online education tool. This cost-effective learning solution ensures that all employees take required regulatory training. Employees have access hundreds of healthcare-related courses.

Users can create an unlimited number of facility-specific courses and manage instructor-led meetings while automatically tracking and reporting with a few quick clicks.

During this webinar, you will gain practical knowledge of how the careLearning system will help you organize and manage your education. careLearning is nonprofit member service of HANYS and more than 40 other state hospital associations.

During this session, you will learn how careLearning:

• assists you in effectively managing both online and live education;
• maximizes course offerings for your employees in a cost and resource effective way;
• offers easy and comprehensive documentation and reporting for your next performance evaluation or audit;
• centralizes education so employees and managers can easily find required and available trainings; and
• is implemented and supported.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions of a careLearning product expert.
