Insights from Illinois: Strategies for managing and responding to staffing complaints
Jan. 10
Webinar
1 - 2 p.m.
This event is open to members only.
Chapter 155 of Laws of 2021 requires every hospital to establish a clinical staffing committee charged with leading the hospital’s development of an annual multidisciplinary staffing plan. Clinical staffing committees must also track and respond to complaints. According to the statute, hospitals with a pattern of unresolved complaints may be subject to DOH investigation.
This webinar will share proven strategies from Illinois-based providers for effectively managing and responding to staffing complaints. Hospital nursing committees have been required by Illinois state law since 2008.
