This event is open to CSR members only.

This year’s program will include a discussion on problematic standards and how to overcome them, new healthcare disparity standards, environment of care, life safety, emergency management standards, workplace violence, and organizational requirements for conducting an effective root cause analysis.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

• verbalize problematic standards and how to overcome them;
• describe EC/LS, EM and workplace topics for 2022; and
• define the organizational requirements for conducting an effective root cause analysis.

Registration
Hospitals that subscribe to the CSR program may send up to three individuals at no charge. Additional participants may attend for $100 each. All attendees must register individually.

Cancellations
The registration deadline is Oct. 20. Registrations canceled after Oct. 24 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations after that time are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions are always encouraged, even at the last minute.

Continuing Education and Accreditation Information
This conference is approved for 9 CE hours. Joint Commission Resources is accredited by the following to provide continuing education for healthcare personnel:

• American Nurses Credentialing Center;
• Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education; and
• American College of Healthcare Executives.
