Join HANYS and healthcare privacy legal expert Helen Oscislawski to review the current privacy environment surrounding mobile health apps and Facebook marketing tools. We will dive deep into the headlines surrounding Facebook's health data collection and cover the applicable HIPAA regulations. We will also explore the latest privacy and security concerns related to digital health and mobile apps, and highlight where HIPAA applies and where it doesn't with these applications.
