HANYS HIT Strategy Group Session - Telehealth Update

Many HANYS HIT Strategy Group members have expressed interest in focusing another session on telehealth as a follow-up to our session in September, particularly given recent developments on the state and federal level that include proposals to expand telehealth in Governor Cuomo's budget, as well as new policies that passed as part of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 such as an expansion of geographic site requirements for telestroke services.

- Brett Friedman, partner in the healthcare practice group at Ropes & Gray, LLP. Brett will provide federal and state updates on telehealth reimbursement and regulatory issues.
