This event is open to HANYS members and non-members.
HANYS is relaunching our Responding to aggressive behavior in healthcare settings webinar series. Members will have the opportunity to hear from hospitals and leaders statewide about strategies for creating an environment where visitors, patients and staff are respected and safe.
During this session, leadership from the Justice Center will overview lessons learned from investigations involving restraints, and tools to identify and mitigate circumstances that can lead to patient and staff injury.
