This program is open to HANYS members only.
Fees:
Conference registration fee: $475 per person
Golf: $73 per golfer
Golfers will be assigned to a foursome and tee times will be confirmed two weeks prior to the event.
100th anniversary dinner guest fee: $150
There is no extra fee for registered attendees.
Cancellations and substitutions
The registration deadline for this program is June 6. Substitutions are permitted. Cancellations should be made in writing to learning@hanys.org by June 6 and are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Registration fees for cancellations received after June 6 or for failing to participate will be forfeit.

Assumption of risk and waiver of liability policy
By voluntarily agreeing to attend HANYS’ 56th Annual Membership Conference (“Conference”), you agree to assume all risk and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness (including but not limited to COVID-19), damage, loss, claim, liability or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with attending the Conference. You also forever agree to release and hold harmless, without limitation, the Healthcare Association of New York State, Inc. and its subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents or contractors for any claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
Specifically relating to COVID-19, you acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. HANYS will follow the state and/or federal COVID-19 safety guidelines in place when the Conference occurs, which are subject to change as necessary. Conference attendees, HANYS staff, guests, speakers and sponsors are encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with CDC recommendations.
Media policy
By attending, you acknowledge and agree that HANYS may edit and use the records, photographs and video it captures of you, your likeness and/or voice at the HANYS 56th Annual Membership Conference for marketing and promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business, and without any acknowledgment or payment of any kind. Any recordings, photographs or videos of any nature are the sole property of HANYS and its successors and assignees. HANYS disclaims all liability for the capture and use of your image by attendees in any multimedia format at the conference.
