Please complete the information below to learn more about sponsorship opportunities. Selections are subject to HANYS’ approval.

Standard package | $4,250 per event

HANYS Annual Membership Conference | June 19 – 21 | Saratoga Hilton
*Application must be received by May 22 to guarantee sponsorship recognition on printed materials
Trustee Annual Conference | Sep. 13 – 14 | Saratoga Hilton
*Application must be received by Aug. 14 to guarantee sponsorship recognition on printed materials

Package add-on | Priced as marked | Standard package purchase required

Add-on option:

Opening reception and dinner sponsor | $3,500 | Limited to three opportunities
Includes recognition at the opening reception and dinner.

Please provide a brief description of the products and/or services your organization provides. Your company description will be published in sponsor highlight materials, where applicable. HANYS reserves the right to edit copy submitted.

Approval Process:

A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you within 24 hours of your application submission. Upon approval by the HANYS Sponsorship Committee, we will contact you to finalize specific details related to your sponsorship selection. A letter of agreement outlining your benefits, deadlines and other details will follow.

Your application should be received at least 30 days before the event(s) selected. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the sponsored event.
