Sponsorship Application

Please complete the information below to learn more about sponsorship opportunities. Selections are subject to HANYS’ approval.

Standard package | $4,250 per event

HANYS Annual Membership Conference | June 19 – 21 | Saratoga Hilton
*Application must be received by May 10 to guarantee sponsorship recognition on printed materials
Trustee Annual Conference | Sep. 13 – 14 | Saratoga Hilton
*Application must be received by July 29 to guarantee sponsorship recognition on printed materials

Add-on options:
Sponsor spotlight | $1,250
Includes a company story of 2-3 sentences featured in HANYS News, a 15,000 subscriber weekly publication, linking to company’s website, white paper, article, event listing or other webpage of their choosing.
Up to 30-second company video | $1,500 | Limited to two opportunities 
Includes a 30-second video, provided by the company, played prior to session start and introduced by HANYS staff.
Up to 60-second company video | $2,500 | Limited to two opportunities
Includes a 60-second video, provided by the company played before the opening or closing keynote and introduced by HANYS staff.
Opening reception and dinner sponsor | $3,500 | Limited to three opportunities
Includes recognition at the opening reception and dinner.
Golf boxed lunch sponsor | $1,750 | Limited to one opportunity
Includes a sticker on each boxed lunch, recognition on the event website and recognition in digital promotion of the golf tournament.
Sponsor a hole | $1,000 |Limited to 18 opportunities
Includes a presence at your sponsored hole and recognition on the scorecards. Add on food and beverage at additional cost if desired.
Longest drive sponsor | $750 | Limited to one opportunity
Includes recognition throughout the day, recognition related to the prize and recognition during the award presentation during the reception.
Closest to the pin sponsor | $750 | Limited to one opportunity
Includes recognition throughout the day, recognition related to the prize and recognition during the award presentation during the reception.

Approval Process:

A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you within 24 hours of your application submission. Upon approval by the HANYS Sponsorship Committee, we will contact you to finalize specific details related to your sponsorship selection. A letter of agreement outlining your benefits, deadlines and other details will follow.

Your application should be received at least 30 days before the event(s) selected. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the sponsored event.
