Join PCMH Advisory Services as we discuss strategies for encouraging and driving physician change.
Jerry Salkowe, M.D., HANYS' Vice President, Clinical Affairs, has been driving the PCMH change movement and will share proven, effective strategies to bring even your most change-resistant provider along the change continuum. Additionally, we will spotlight a physician change agent who is in the heart of driving change now within a system and/or site.
This session will address:
- understanding true objections;
- strategies to reduce resistance; and
- outcomes and data to support the PCMH delivery model.
