Advancing Healthcare Excellence and Inclusion was a HANYS learning collaborative that ran from 2022 to 2024 and was supported by the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation.

Overview

Through AHEI, HANYS provided education and support to help a select group of hospitals in the Mohawk/Hudson Valley, North Country and Downstate regions identify and improve patient demographic data collection, strengthen collaboration with community partners and implement best practices in diversity, equity and inclusion.
